Shipping Policy

Where we deliver

We deliver to all 50 US states and Washington, DC. We do not ship to US territories or APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. An address outside the supported region cannot proceed to payment.

Shipping cost

All orders receive free standard shipping. No expedited service is offered.

Handling and transit

Handling: 1–2 business days. Transit after dispatch: 3–4 business days. Estimated total delivery: 4–6 business days once the order enters the handling cycle. Handling and transit are separate stages; these estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Cutoff and business days

The order cutoff is 7:00 PM, Monday–Friday, at fixed UTC−06:00 (Central Standard Time). This fixed offset does not change with daylight saving time. Orders placed before the cutoff on a business day enter that day’s processing cycle. Orders placed at or after 7:00 PM, on weekends or on US federal holidays enter processing on the next business day.
